  • Cow Creek Farm
Cow Creek Farm is located approximately 65 miles south and east of Dallas - Fort Worth in beautiful East Texas. There are 57 acres of heavily wooded land with pastures, perfect for goats. We raise registered Boer goats. Our goats "work" for a living and are supplemented very little with grain. They must survive on pasture & browse with lots of fresh water and minerals available free choice at all times with hay in the winter when browse is scarce. The farm is owned by Mike and LeaAnn Robison, both of whom are former teachers with years of interest in raising quality animals which made the breeding of Boer goats a natural choice.

  • M4 Ranch
The American Boer goat is one of the hardiest of all livestock breeds.  Bred for dominance, the breed distinguishes itself by carrying superior genetic characteristics for goat ranching.  Boer goats have a high resistance to disease and adapt well to various climates and terrain.   Boers also have the ability to maintain economic production for ten years or longer and have multiple births. The ability to multiply and maintain economic value, coupled with the Boer's regular features,-stout build, lean meat, remarkable size and rate of growth, gentle nature and fertility reached at an early age-make a Boer goat a valuable commodity.  Demand in the United States for low fat, healthful Boer meat is strong and growing.  The current market demand, along with the Boer's influence on the already existing U.S. Meat goat industry, have the potential to make Boer the choice meat consumed throughout the world.

  • Richardson's Prime Boer Goats
We have been raising goats since 1999. We started with American Alpines for their milk production. We needed the milk for our youngest daughter, Hannah, who could not drink cows milk or formula and for Joyce who has diverticulitis.  We were, and still are, obsessed with quality. We started our Dairy herd with the 1997 North American Grand Champion Doe Alice. She was quite an investment as far as Dairy Goats go, but we soon found out that investing in the best does pay off. We got more milk from that one goat than from two or three average goats. At our first dairy goat show in 1999 we met the Boer Goat. The low maintenance and muscular build really appealed to us. Like many others since then we went Boer crazy.
